That’s exactly what the Bell to Bullseye™ Career & Leadership Program was designed to accomplish.
Led by veteran leadership coach Todd Melloh, this unique program helps students fulfill Indiana’s new graduation readiness expectations while preparing them for success in college, the workforce, military service, entrepreneurship, and life.
This isn’t simply an internship program. It’s a leadership journey.
Our Approach
What We Do
We work alongside students, parents, schools, and local employers to create meaningful career experiences that fit each student’s interests, gifts, and future goals.
Rather than simply placing students into internships, we walk beside them every step of the way. Todd personally mentors students throughout the experience, helping them grow professionally, emotionally, and personally while serving as a bridge between families, schools, and employers.

Students Receive
Personalized Career Discovery
Not every student knows what they want to do after graduation. That’s okay. Through conversations, assessments, coaching, and exposure to different careers, we’ll help students discover opportunities that align with their strengths and interests.
Internship Placement Assistance
We actively work with local employers to help identify internship and workplace learning opportunities that match each student’s goals whenever possible.
Professional Mentoring
Students meet regularly with Todd to develop workplace expectations, communication skills, time management, accountability, leadership, problem solving, professional behavior, goal setting, and career planning. Students don’t simply complete hours — they develop habits that employers value.
Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Development
Using the nationally recognized Lions Lead™ leadership framework, students learn self-awareness, emotional intelligence, personal responsibility, conflict resolution, resilience, integrity, teamwork, servant leadership, decision making, and confidence under pressure — the very skills employers say are hardest to find.
Parent Partnership
Parents are never left wondering how things are going. Todd communicates regularly with families, helping parents reinforce leadership principles at home while celebrating growth throughout the experience.
Employer Partnership
We work closely with participating employers to ensure students are successful — preparing students before they begin, regular check-ins, coaching through challenges, and celebrating successes. Our goal: create positive experiences for both students and employers.
